We offer Ground, 2-day and Next Day shipping via UPS for delivery within the US and to APO addresses. Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.

We offer several method of deliver for larger items.
Threshold Delivery continental US, $99. For select items, does not include bringing into home, unboxing or setup.
White Glove in SF + LA, $125. Includes placement and removal of packaging (excluding protective plastic to ensure your furniture stays clean). Does not include assembly of flatpacked furniture. Orders maybe grouped for one delivery charge.
• White Glove delivery outside of SF + LA, $175. Includes placement and removal of packaging (excluding protective plastic to ensure your furniture stays clean). Does not include assembly of flatpacked furniture. Orders maybe grouped for one delivery charge.
Baby Registry Tip:
Select "White Glove" once only for all your items to be delivered together for one fee of $125 or $175.
Returns & Exchanges:
Aldea Home + Baby will accept returns, of items purchased online and in-store (excluding special order) within 30 days of purchase and with original receipt in the form of store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS. Aldea Baby does not accept returns on special order items. We do accept online items for store credit in their original packaging and that have no sign of wear within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept items that have been used and show wear.
We are happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase. We are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return. Just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, and follow these simple steps: Contact our customer service department. Our staff is available Monday - Friday, 12 pm to 6 pm PST. For your security, please return your items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, we will refund you the cost of return postage/shipping.
