Shipping

We offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Ground shipping via UPS for delivery within the US and to APO addresses. Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.

Free in-store pick up is available for in-stock products—please call ahead to find out if your order is ready: 1.415.865.9807 or email info@aldeahome.com.

Same-day delivery is available in San Francisco for many products for a fee of $14. Please call us toll-free at 1.415.865.9807 or email info@aldeahome.com to check if your order qualifies.

Furniture & Larger Items

We offer several methods of delivery for furniture and other large items:

  • Threshold Delivery, continental US: $99 for select items. Does not include bringing into home, unboxing or setup.
  • White Glove Delivery: Select "White Glove" once for all your items to be delivered together for one fee. Includes placement and removal of packaging (excluding protective plastic to ensure your furniture stays clean). Does not include assembly of flat-packed furniture. Fee depends on your delivery area:
    • SF & LA only: $125. 
    • Outside of SF & LA: $175.

Returns

Aldea works to ensure that you’re satisfied with all of our brand partners and offerings. Your purchase can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. 

Special order, out of stock, and backordered Items do not qualify for exchanges or refunds. They can be redeemed for store credit, minus a sliding-scale restocking fee of between 15% and 30% Anything that you order through any of Aldea’s sales channels that is not readily available in stock is considered a Special Order Item.

Gear (strollers, car seats, bassinets, etc.) is eligible for exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase and must be in the original package, unopened. 

Furniture, gliders, rockers, and other items that are special-ordered, assembled out-of-box, and/or made using a special fabric or a custom base, cannot be exchanged. 

For your security, please return your items using an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, we will refund you the cost of return postage/shipping.
