Crone Fairy Door

The Crone Door is tied to the energy of wisdom. All our doors are handcrafted using only premium red cedar. Cedar is the only wood that can withstand the elements untreated. However, we use an exterior finish to protect the colour from fading over time. The Crone Door frame has been stained a rich mahogany. The little door have been hand painted with acrylic paints. In this case, the colours are distressed blue and distressed purple. The hardware we choose is either zinc based, copper or bronze. These metals tend to age nicely over time, adding character to the door. A keyhole has been cut into the back of the door to hang from a screw or nail.
