I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Aldea Home & Baby. I placed an order for the Luxe™ Baby Blanket in Silver on August 29th, expecting it well before the special occasion I purchased it for. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive until November 25th — nearly three months later.
This delay completely defeated the purpose of the purchase. There was no reasonable communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency from the company throughout the process. For a brand that positions itself as premium, this level of service is unacceptable.
The product itself may be nice, but the shipping time and lack of reliability ruined the entire experience. I’m highly upset and would strongly caution others to be aware of the excessive delays.
