At Aldea Home & Baby, we believe parenting was never meant to be done alone. The word aldea means village, and from the very beginning our stores have been places where families gather, learn, and support one another.

As we grow into Seattle, we want to continue building that village, together with the incredible professionals who support families during pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood.

We are currently inviting community partners to host classes, workshops, and gatherings in our Seattle store.

If you are passionate about helping families thrive, we would love to collaborate with you.

Our Vision for the Seattle Community

Aldea is more than a baby store. It’s a community hub for modern families, a place where parents can learn, connect, and feel supported during one of the most transformative seasons of life.

Our Seattle location will host regular gatherings designed to:

1.     Educate new and expecting parents

2.     Create meaningful community connections

3.     Offer trusted guidance during pregnancy and early parenthood

4.     Provide safe spaces for questions, learning, and support

We are looking for local experts and educators who want to share their knowledge with our community.

2.     Promotion through our website, email newsletters, and social media

3.     Access to a community of engaged expecting and new parents

4.     Opportunities to grow your visibility within the local parenting community

Together we can create experiences that feel educational, warm, and welcoming for families.

Why Community Matters to Us

Parenthood can be joyful, but it can also feel overwhelming and isolating, especially in the early months.

We’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be when parents meet other parents, when experts share their knowledge, and when families feel supported.

Sometimes the most meaningful moments happen when:

1.     A parent learns how to safely wear their baby for the first time

2.     Two new parents meet and become friends

3.     A lactation consultant helps a mother feel confident again

4.     A class turns into a lasting community

This is the kind of village we hope to build in Seattle.
