Papa/Partner Walk Club is now powered by Mama Flow and Aldea Home & Baby!

Our monthly Papa & Partner Walk Club is a monthly gathering just for the dads and partners of our Mama Flow community — a chance to get outdoors, move, and build the kind of support network that every growing family deserves.

Partners meet at Mama Flow Studio for a relaxed, stroller-friendly walk through Willow Glen. It’s an easy, welcoming way to connect with others who are navigating new parenthood.

And now, thanks to our partnership with Aldea Home & Baby, the experience just got even better. Walk Club participants will enjoy morning refreshments, time to explore Aldea’s beautiful shop, and an exclusive 15% off in-store discount offered only to our Walk Club families.

Whether you’re dropping mama off at class or simply want to meet other partners on the same journey, this monthly meetup is here to help you build community, find camaraderie, and feel supported.

Free and open to all partners in our Mama Flow community.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

1. Meet at Mama Flow Studio at 11 am and drop off mama at postpartum rehab (if she’s participating).
2. The group will walk down Blewett Ave and then up Lincoln Ave!
3. Finish out your walk at Aldea Home & Baby on Lincoln Ave and enjoy morning refreshments, shop around and enjoy a 15% off discount on any in-store purchase.
4. Moms can meet you at Aldea or back at the studio!

Although our walk club is free, please plan to register prior to walk club, so we can confirm attendance! We can't wait to see you!
