We offer the following shipping options via UPS for delivery within the US. If you wish to ship a package to either an international address, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories, we can give you a quote on costs. Call us toll free at 866.402.5332 or send email to info@aldeahome.com

Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase. We are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return. We will charge a 15% re-stocking fee for the return of the item. As well we will not return the shipping amount. Just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, and follow these simple steps: Contact our customer service department.
